  2.   SNAPPER IN CILENTRO SAUCE

  5. 3 Onions Sliced
  6. 3 Clover Garlic Minced
  7. 3 Tbl. Oil
  8. 1 Cup Almonds Ground
  9. 6 Tbl. Lemon or Lime Juice
  10. 1 Lg. or 2 Small Jalepeno Pepper, seeded, rinsed and chopped 
  11.   (3-4 tsp.)

  13. Cook onions and garlic in oil until tender.  Add almonds, lime juice, jalepeno, salt and pepper.
  14. Place fish in a pan and season the top with onion mixture. Sprinkle with cilentro and cook until done.  
  15. Serve with lemon and rice.
